Stretch & Release is a class focused on static stretching, suitable for both complete beginners and active athletes. The goal is to release shortened, overworked and stiff muscles, improve range of motion and reduce chronic pain.

Stretch & Release is a class focused on static stretching, suitable for both complete beginners and active athletes. The goal is to release shortened, overworked and stiff muscles, improve range of motion and reduce chronic pain caused by sedentary work or one-sided strain.
During the class, we work at a slow pace, with an emphasis on breathing and gradual relaxation. We hold each position for 30 to 60 seconds, which allows the body to release tension, improve blood circulation, and loosen the fascia.
