I have been involved in training for 22 years, and for 16 of those years, I have been competitively preparing athletes (bikini fitness). Tomaš Harničár - Certified Trainer in Fitness and Bodybuilding with 19 Years of Experience. `From youth gymnastics, I transitioned to fitness and bodybuilding during my adolescent years. As a personal trainer, I have worked in France (Monaco) and returned to Slovakia (Bratislava). I have been training clients for almost 16 years. Over the years, I have learned that often one must first help themselves mentally (psychologically) before their body can progress physically and reach its physiological peak. Vladimír Svonco - I fell in love with the 'Fitness' lifestyle back in 2004 at the age of 21. In 2019, I decided to start sharing my experiences from the gym and kitchen with other health enthusiasts. To solidify this, I completed an instructor course and obtained the qualification: Level 1 Instructor with a specialization in Fitness at Brimich Promotion Agency, one of the most renowned academies in the field.
I specialize mainly in strength training, gaining lean muscle mass, fat reduction, and nutritional counseling. I also have experience and a placement in competitions under the BNBF (British Natural Bodybuilding Federation) in the UK, specifically in London and Manchester, in 2008-2009.
