I succumbed to the “Fintness” lifestyle in 2004 at the age of 21. In 2019, I decided to start passing on my experience, whether from the gym or the kitchen, to healthy lifestyle enthusiasts and I underlined it all with the course of 1st qualification level instructors and thus acquired the qualification: 1st level instructor with Finess specialization. At Brimich Promotion Agency, one of the most famous Academies in the segment. I specialize mainly in strength training, gaining pure muscle mass and fat reduction and nutritional advice. I also have experience and one placement in competitions under the BNBF (British natural bodybuilding federation) association in the UK, namely London and Manchester 2008-2009.
