OPERATIONAL RULES
1 Introductory provisions
1.1 For the purposes of these operating rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"), the terms used shall be interpreted as defined in the General Terms and Conditions for the provision of services in establishments under the common brand name "77 NEXT LEVEL FITNESS" (hereinafter referred to as the "brand"), with which these operating rules form an integral part of the terms and conditions of use of the Services provided by the Clients.

1.3 An operation under these Regulations means any Fitness Center in which the Operator provides Services under the common brand name "77 NEXT LEVEL FITNESS" (hereinafter referred to as the "Operation").
1.4 The Operator provides Services related to a healthy lifestyle, in particular gym services, fitness, cardio zones, sauna, group exercises and other services. The method of providing Services is understood as enabling Clients to use selected Services of the Operator in the Operation, or to use its Services in accordance with the conditions set out in the Price List, in these Operating Rules and in Terms and Conditions.
1.5 These Rules are binding on all Clients and they are obliged to comply with them throughout the entire duration of using the Services in the Operation.
2 Basic rules and principles when using Services in Operations
2.1 The conditions for entry into the Operation and provision of Services are set out in Article 2. Terms and Conditions.
2.2 The premises of the Plant are divided into the following parts and zones:
a) reception and entrance area: modern reception with the possibility of purchasing individual Services, nutritional supplements and drinks. Seating for Clients while waiting. Turnstile entrance with QR system for convenient and quick access.
b) changing rooms and social facilities: Separate changing rooms for women and men. Lockable lockers with a four-digit code. Showers, toilets, lockers.
c) main gym: large open area with strength machines for all muscle groups. Free weights - dumbbells, Olympic bars, discs, benches. Multifunctional towers and stands for squats, bench press and other basic exercises.
d) cardio zone: treadmills, bicycles, elliptical trainers and rowing machines. Cardio machines with modern displays and the ability to track performance.
e) functional zone: Area with mats, kettlebells, medicine balls and TRX system, horizontal bar. Area for dynamic training, skipping ropes, expanders and balance aids, punching bag.
f) wellness and relaxation: sauna, drinks bar with protein drinks and coffee.
g) additional equipment: air conditioning and ventilation for the comfort of Clients. Modern sound system and television screens in the Fitness Center. Security camera system. DJ booth and professional audio equipment are available during thematic events, where the DJ provides musical accompaniment and thus creates a pleasant training atmosphere.
2.3 If the capacities of individual parts of the Facility are exceeded, the Operator is entitled to deny the Client entry until the capacity of the Facility allows it. In this regard, the Client shall not have any claims against the Operator.
2.4 The Client is obliged to use all equipment and tools in the Facility exclusively in the manner for which they are intended. In case of doubts about the correctness of their use, the Client is obliged to refrain from using them, or to ask the employer, the Operator or the Trainer about the possibilities of using a specific equipment or tool.
2.5 Clients are obliged to use exercise equipment, strength training machines and other equipment of the Fitness Center only in the manner intended for that purpose. They are obliged to behave in such a way as not to damage them or endanger their own health or the health of other Clients. The Operator bears no responsibility for injuries and accidents that the Client has caused through his own carelessness, disregard for his own health and failure to respect the operating rules.
2.6 The Client uses all Services in the Operation at his own risk. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that he is physically and mentally healthy and able to complete the exercise. Before each exercise, he will consider his current health condition and adjust the type of exercise, intensity, load and duration of the exercise accordingly.
2.7 The Client is obliged to follow all guidelines and instructions of the Operator throughout the entire visit to the Facility.
2.8 The Client is obliged to behave in a way that does not disturb the comfort of other Clients, does not cause damage to health or property, and does not in any way disrupt the operation of the Operation and the use of the Services by other Clients.
2.9 In the event of inappropriate, aggressive or vulgar behavior towards other clients or employees of the Operator or Trainers, the Operator reserves the right to expel such Client from the premises of the Operation or to deny him/her entry to the Operation.
2.10 Clients may not perform sports activities in the Facility if they are ill or have symptoms of illness (e.g. fever, cough, sneezing), injured, regularly use medication or other substances that may in any way affect their physical or mental abilities, or if they are otherwise indisposed to perform sports activities. This prohibition does not apply to persons who provide a written statement from a doctor stating that the person can perform sports activities in the Facility. Prior consultation with a doctor regarding the possibility of using individual services and facilities of the Facility is recommended mainly, but not only, for persons suffering from diabetes, heart disease, high or low blood pressure and pregnant women.
2.11 Clients are not authorized to use the sauna under the influence of substances that limit blood clotting, antihistamines, beta-blockers, sedatives or other substances with similar effects.
2.12 In the Facility, it is prohibited in particular: smoking, entry with animals, bringing in and using glass objects (including bottles), photographing or filming individuals or groups without their consent; for photography or filming for commercial purposes and for the press, it is necessary to obtain written permission from the Operator, creating excessive noise and limiting the comfort of other Clients with your behavior, interfering with the technical equipment of the facility, jumping over turnstiles, bringing in and using weapons, placing bags, backpacks and other objects in the open areas of the fitness center outside the locker rooms,
3 Rules for storing Clients' personal belongings
3.1 The Operator is not liable for damage to items brought in or left in the facility during the use of the Services, if they are left outside the places reserved by the Operator. If the Client leaves items in the places reserved by the Operator during the use of the Services, which individually or in the sum of two or more items exceed the value of EUR 100 (valuables), he is obliged to notify the Operator's employee of this and leave them in the valuables deposit at the Fitness Center reception, otherwise the Operator is not liable for damage caused by their damage, theft, or depreciation exceeding the given amount. The Operator's liability for damage is further regulated in Terms and Conditions.
3.2 Numbered lockers in the changing rooms are used for storing items brought or left in the Facility during the use of the Services (not valuables), which the Client is obliged to secure with a lock. If the Client does not lock the locker in the changing room or leaves his/her belongings outside the locker in the changing room, the Operator is not liable for damage to these items.
3.3 The Client is obliged to empty the locker in the cloakroom and leave it unlocked upon departure. The Operator has the right to open lockers in the cloakroom that remain locked even after operating hours. The Operator is not liable for any damage or loss caused by a breach of the obligation to leave the locker empty and unlocked. The Operator is obliged to store items found in an open locker for 30 days from the date of discovery. When taking possession of items from the Operator, the Client is obliged to submit a signed affidavit stating that he has actually taken possession of the items.
4 Hygiene rules in the Operation
4.1 Clients are obliged to comply with the following hygiene principles in particular:
a) maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the premises of the Operation, and also inform the Operator or the Operator's responsible person if any deficiency is detected;
b) adapt their sportswear to the principles of personal hygiene and decent behavior, taking into account the specific location in which they are located in the Facility;
c) use towels during sports activities so that the Facility's equipment used is kept clean;
d) wash your hands in the locker room or use the disinfectant available at the Facility before starting the exercise;
e) before entering the Facility, change from the shoes in which he arrived to the shoes in which he will exercise or move around in the Facility;
f) enter the gym and studios exclusively in closed and clean sports shoes other than shoes;
g) enter the gym and exercise zones only in closed and clean sports shoes, different from outdoor shoes; use of beach shoes / slippers, sandals, flip-flops is prohibited in the gym; it is prohibited to enter barefoot and exercise barefoot;
h) after using a machine or any mat or equipment in the gym, always clean it with a disinfectant; take a shower before entering the sauna, use a sheet or towel in the sauna;
i) food consumption is only permitted in designated areas, particularly the reception and entrance area.
5 Method and frequency of cleaning of the premises
5.1 Cleaning of the premises of the Operation is carried out daily before the start of operation and continuously as needed. Cleaning of personal hygiene equipment, surfaces and floors is carried out throughout the day as needed. Waste containers located in the Operation are emptied as needed.
5.2 Disinfection, cleaning, housekeeping, as well as all activities related to cleanliness and order throughout the Facility, are the responsibility of an external company that performs this activity on the basis of a contractual relationship with the Operator.
