My name is Jakub and I am a college student majoring in coaching. I have been involved in exercise and sports for over 4 years. During that time, my hobby has become a passion that I now use to help others. My own experiences led me to training – I started with obesity and posture problems, but thanks to a systematic approach and discipline, I was able to lose 25 kg and completely change my lifestyle. Today I want to help you move to the NEXT LEVEL, whether you want to gain muscle, improve your fitness or burn fat. My training is focused on technique, strength and long-term progress, and I approach each client individually.
