As a former professional football player and certified strength and conditioning coach, I bring to my clients a wealth of experience and knowledge that I have gained over 17 years in the field of fitness. During my coaching practice, I have completed over 20 training courses and obtained several foreign certificates in the fields of coaching, physiotherapy and nutritional counseling. I work with a variety of clients, whether it is the general population, youth, top athletes, post-operative conditions, pregnant or postpartum exercise. I always try to help my clients achieve their goals in the healthiest way possible. I am guided by three basic pillars: exercise, diet and regeneration.
