My name is Kati and for over 10 years I have been helping women feel stronger, more confident and more satisfied in their bodies. I have a psychological education, numerous professional courses and hundreds of stories of real transformations behind me. I focus on women who were once afraid of movement, but now live in harmony with themselves. I teach them how to regain balance, joy and love for their own bodies without pain, fear and pressure. My programs are not just workouts. They are paths to themselves, to peace and ease. I work with pregnant women, with women after childbirth and with women who simply want to feel good in their own skin.
