My name is Patrik Vida and I am a qualified physiotherapist and fitness trainer. I have been involved in sports since childhood, fitness for more than 15 years and active physiotherapy for almost 10 years. This combination allows me to perceive movement comprehensively as the basis of health. I believe that proper movement heals, strengthens and increases the quality of life. I approach each client individually, because everyone has a different body, movement stereotypes and goals. I will teach you to understand your own body and use it effectively, without pain and limitations. I specialize in eliminating muscle imbalances, re-education of exercise techniques, improving mobility and stability, as well as targeted body shaping. Part of my work also includes physiotherapy in the form of relaxation and regeneration techniques, massages, cupping, taping and working with pain. It is not about quick solutions, but about long-term sustainable results.
