My name is Peter Zembjak, I have a 2nd level coaching license. I am an accredited nutrition consultant and a participant in several specific coaching courses, including the SM system. I am also a graduate of the International Sports School in Denmark. My coaching focus is from beginners to competitive athletes, where I have several successful charges from Slovak and European competitions. I have been involved in competitive swimming for 10 years at the Slovak and international level. I then switched to competitive fitness and bodybuilding, where, in addition to the title of Slovak champion, I have won several medals and victories at international competitions - from the Mens physique category, through Classic physique to Open bodybuilding, where I won a professional card at the Italian international championships, and I have been competing as a professional to this day.
