My name is Radka and I am a certified fitness trainer for both women and men. During training sessions, I focus on body shaping, fat reduction, strength and muscle development, and overall fitness improvement with my clients. I emphasize proper technique, sports background, and long-term sustainability of results. In addition to individual training sessions, I also lead group exercises Full Body and Booty & Legs, which are focused on comprehensive body strengthening, shaping the buttocks and lower body.
Since I believe that a healthy body = a functional body, in addition to strength and conditioning training, I actively participate in the Spartan Race, an endurance obstacle race that is known all over the world.
