My name is Ľudovít Kara and I am a strength and conditioning coach.

What can I help you with?
I'm not a trainer who just "runs" you through machines. My approach combines hard work with iron and smart compensation.
​Body shaping: Effective increase in strength, muscle mass and fat reduction.
​Sustainable nutrition: No drastic diets. Setting up a diet so that it is sustainable and functional in the long term.
​Healthy Movement: Emphasis on technique, posture correction, and injury prevention. .
​Specific training: Training plans focused on powerlifting or mountain training.

​Powerlifting (IPF): Multiple podium finishes in Slovakia, 1st place at the European Championships and 3rd place at the World Championships.
​Bikini Fitness (SANK): 3rd place MSR

​What you should know about me (Outside the gym)
​When I'm not standing at the barbell, you can probably find me somewhere on a rock or in a wall. I'm an active climber, rock climber, and mountain hiking enthusiast.
​TIP for you: If you are planning challenging climbs, I will be happy to prepare a tailor-made training for you and advise you on ideal nutrition and supplementation for extreme conditions.

My own journey began with a dream about the Matterhorn. This iconic mountain was the reason I decided to change my life, start working out, and lose 37 kg. It took me 10 years of hard work, training, and pushing my limits in climbing before I could say, „I’m ready.“ The mountain recognized my humility and discipline and allowed me to reach the top on my first try. This experience taught me that with a clear goal and patience, you can achieve anything. At the fitness center, I don’t just teach you how to lift weights, I teach you to believe that your dreams – no matter how big – are achievable.
