The functional basis of a runner
Group training focused on the most important things that runners often overlook - strength, stability and proper movement. It will help you improve your technique, increase movement efficiency and, most importantly, prevent injuries. It doesn't matter if you're just starting out or have hundreds of kilometers behind you - everyone needs a solid foundation.
During training we focus on:
- core stability
- mobility of key joints (hips, ankles, spine)
- strength using your own weight and simple tools
- coordination and balance
- activation of muscles important for efficient running
- technique and running alphabet:
– proper warm-up before each run,
– we will analyze your running stride,
-we will focus on proper impact, arm work, and body position to make your running more economical.
